713 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations, preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, pharma, engineering, or process industries.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in handling plant/site-level recruitment is mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver hiring outcomes in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to recruitment analytics and digital sourcing platforms.
