- Identify new opportunities for expansion into rural areas and implement strategies to increase market share.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress against goals, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Solid understanding of health insurance industry dynamics and regulations.

- 0-5 years of experience in agency management, sales, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
