Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through voice calls, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, refunds, and travel-related queries.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, itineraries, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Travel Customer Support (Voice or Non-Voice).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre,GDs or Galileo) is an added advantage.
- Robust customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
