Position : HR Consultant @ the level of Manager / Assistant Manager

Location : Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Employment Type :

Contract (1 Year) with a strong possibility of Full-Time employment based on performance and business requirements after six months of contract.

Salary :

45,000 - 55,000 per month

Experience Required :

Minimum 4 -5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Consultant to support a HR Operational Excellence project for one-year . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, be able to work independently, and confidently manage day-to-day HR activities while coordinating with multiple stakeholders including business leaders

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Handle Employee Relations (ER) matters professionally.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related MIS.




- Coordinate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.

Required Skills :

- Solid knowledge of HR Operations and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll processing.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in HR audits and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with demanding stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in the NGO or Social Development sector will be an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Bhubaneswar will be preferred.
