Senior Associate- Client Engagement - US shift

Role & responsibilities

- Analyze and timely fullfill client requests by empanelment of best fit experts for various research projects in a particular domain.
- Read and actively search information that helps you understand your clients industry.
- Tracks competitive and other information that will be of value to your teams and clients.
- Develop an understanding of how to work with clients and industry experts including communication, time tracking, monthly reports etc.
- Act as a point of contact for clients.
- Client Relationship Management build valuable relations with clients and leverage them to get more business
- Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and produced to the highest possible standard.




- Read about the latest news items relating to your domain to forecast potential client projects and create a pool of suitable experts in advance.
- Act as Mentor to associate-expert engagement

Requirements-

- Post graduate degree (Preferably in the field of Economics, Marketing or Business.)
- 1- 5 years prior work experience in research and client servicing domain.
- Comfortable in working in night shift 6 pm to 3 am- work from home
- Comfortable in coming to office once in a week in night shift 9pm-6am.
