Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfill the firm’s talent needs. You will work closely with business units and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, source suitable candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, Naukari, LinkedIn, internal databases and networking.
- Screen resumes,



conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring efforts.
- Keep up with industry trends and talent market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0.6–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
