Job Opening: HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Onboarding)

Job PurposeWe are looking for a dynamic HR Executive (Process Executor) to handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding at our Corporate Office. You will source top talent, manage stakeholder requirements, ensure smooth onboarding across all sites, and maintain strict data discipline in our HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Sourcing: Find and engage candidates through social platforms, professional networks, and job portals.
- Selection Process: Coordinate with hiring managers to freeze JDs, screen resumes, design interview questions, and conduct assessment rounds.
- TAT Management: Close open positions within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and proactively flag delays.
- Candidate Relations: Manage candidate pipelines, negotiate offers, counsel on corporate benefits,



and maintain engagement post-offer.
- SOP-Driven Onboarding: Execute the onboarding SOP meticulously to ensure a consistent, welcoming experience for new hires at corporate and site levels.
- HRMS & MIS: Ensure 100% system-oriented processes by logging data into the HRMS and generating weekly/monthly metrics reports.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
- Skills: Solid communication, impactful presentation style, and excellent stakeholder management.
- Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
