- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work setting.
- Plan and execute Reward & Recognition programs to motivate employees and enhance performance.
- Oversee HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave administration, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy implementation.
- Partner with business leaders to address people-related matters and support organizational objectives.
