The Sr. Engineer Safety is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with relevant regulations. The Sr. Engineer – Safety will conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions. This position will coordinate safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors, and support audits and regulatory visits. The role also includes collaborating with operations, maintenance, and management teams to integrate safety into daily activities and to drive continuous improvement in safety culture and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Safety and Occupational Health, with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidate should completed PDIS course.
- Any Engineering degree
