Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage counter sales operations in a retail setting, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Develop robust relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions for furniture purchases.
- Execute showroom sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including product demonstrations, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions using point-of-sale systems.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in retail sales or related field (furniture & furnishing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of luxury sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction at the counter level.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
