- Implement and monitor project EHS management systems as per statutory and L&T; standards.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, OSHA guidelines, and applicable EHS regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, HIRA/JSA, safety audits, and site inspections.
- Drive safety culture through toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems.
- Manage emergency preparedness, firefighting systems, and evacuation drills.
- Ensure secure execution of heavy lifting, working at height, electrical works, confined space activities,
and civil construction works.
- Maintain EHS documentation, statutory records, and regulatory compliance reports.
- Coordinate with project management, clients, contractors, and government authorities on EHS
