Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the glass industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production processes.
- Solid attention to detail and quality control skills, with the ability to ensure high-quality products.
- Experience with production planning and scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
