Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Transformation

- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses.
- Execute process re-engineering initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and quality methodologies.
- Drive automation and digitization projects with IT/Data Science teams.

SOP & Governance

- Develop, review, and update SOPs.
- Standardize processes across branches and central operations.
- Maintain workflows, RACI matrices, and audit trails.

Data Analytics & Insights

- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Build MIS and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.

Stakeholder & Project Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Manage multiple process and technology improvement projects.
- Ensure timely delivery and measurable business impact.

Candidate Profile

- Experience:



610 years in Process Excellence, Operations, BFSI, NBFC, or HFC environments.
- Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech or equivalent.
- Preferred Certifications: Quality Controls, Operational Excellence, Project Management.
- Robust understanding of the home loan/lending lifecycle.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Understanding of application implementation, enhancements, process automation, and financial applications/tools.

Key Skills

Technical

- Process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Data analytics, MIS, and dashboarding.
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system enhancements and implementations.
