Role & responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director Finance Transformation to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives and support CFOs in driving operational excellence, improved financial performance, enhanced decision-making, and sustainable cash flow improvements. The role requires deep expertise in Accounting & Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Financial Modeling, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Operating Model Transformation.

The successful candidate will partner with senior executives to design and implement finance operating models, modernize finance processes, improve forecasting accuracy, enhance cash visibility, and drive digital finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation Leadership

- Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Treasury, and FP&A.;
- Design future-state finance operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery frameworks.
- Drive process standardization, automation, controls enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.

Accounting & Controllership

- Assess and optimize accounting processes, close cycles, reconciliations, and governance frameworks.
- Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and reporting capabilities.
- Support finance organizations in achieving close acceleration and improved reporting accuracy.
- Oversee balance sheet substantiation, consolidation, and management reporting processes.

Financial Modeling & Strategic Analytics

- Build and review complex financial models supporting strategic initiatives, restructuring, investments, cost optimization, and transformation programs.
- Develop scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business performance forecasting models.
- Translate analytical insights into executive recommendations and strategic actions.

Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Management





- Lead development and implementation of short- and long-term cash flow forecasting processes.
- Design and manage rolling cash forecasts, liquidity reporting, and working capital analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion, working capital performance, and liquidity visibility.
- Partner with Treasury, Operations, and Business Leaders to improve cash culture across the organization

FP&A; Modernization

- Design and transform planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Improve forecast accuracy and performance management capabilities.
- Implement KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and decision-support analytics.
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Leaders, and business executives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple transformation workstreams.
- Mentor and develop managers and consulting teams.
- Drive business development, proposal development, and client relationship management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Consulting, FP&A;, Controllership, or Corporate Finance.
- Proven experience leading large-scale finance transformation and operating model initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Accounting, Financial Modeling, Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, and Performance Reporting.
- Experience with ERP/EPM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
- Solid executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
