Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote and generate business for our Last Mile Delivery & Logistics Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local businesses, identifying potential customers, explaining our logistics services, and generating leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company's last mile delivery and logistics services in the assigned territory.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, SMEs, and businesses to generate new leads.
- Explain service offerings and onboard new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.





Eligibility

- Education: 12th Pass or Above.
- Experience: 0–3 Years in Field Sales, Sales Promotion, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, or Logistics Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Mandatory Requirements

- Language: Kannada (Read, Write & Speak) – Mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills.

Work Location

- Karnataka (Field-Based)

Salary

- As per company standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable).

Target Companies: Shadowfax, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Porter, Dunzo, Rapido, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, or any field sales/logistics background.
