Job Role

Position: Relationship Associate (Field Sales)

Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites
- Store sales
- Dealer handling and relationship management
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and contractors
- Visit assigned shops/areas regularly
- Promote and sell JSW Paints products
- Identify and onboard new dealers/retailers
- Explain product features, schemes, and offers to customers
- Support local marketing activities (posters, displays, campaigns)
- Collect orders and coordinate with the delivery/supply team
- Ensure timely product availability at dealer stores
- Resolve dealer/customer issues
- Share daily/weekly reports with the manager
- Provide market feedback on competitors and pricing trends

Eligibility

Education: Degree

Age: 1830 Years

Language: Kannada

Experience:





- Any Field Sales Experience
- Freshers with minimum 6 months field sales exposure are also considered

Salary & Perks

Freshers

- 19,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance

Experienced Candidates

- Up to 25,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance
