Role Summary
Provide offshore configuration, development, and testing support for the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay implementation, working in close coordination with the onsite lead to build, test, and maintain S2P workflows and integrations for MHRC during KSA business hours overlap.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and configure Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and Accounts Payable Operations (APO) workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Develop and unit-test integrations between ServiceNow and ERP/finance systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support UAT defect triage, fixes, and regression testing in coordination with the onsite functional lead.
• Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and release notes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and overlap-hour calls with the onsite team and client stakeholders as needed.
• Support post-go-live hypercare, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
Mandatory Skills & Experience




• 2+ years ServiceNow development/configuration experience, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Working knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) and/or Accounts Payable Operations (APO) applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services, and Flow Designer.
• Understanding of procure-to-pay process flows and data models.
• Comfortable working India-hours with overlap into KSA business hours (typically 11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST).
Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills
• Exposure to SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or Coupa integrations.
• Experience supporting healthcare or public-sector clients.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — mandatory.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) — preferred.
• ServiceNow SPO/APO Accreditation — preferred.
Education & Soft Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written communication for async collaboration with onsite/client teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership of assigned configuration and testing tasks.
