1. Marketing Planning & Market Understanding • Support execution of quarterly and annual marketing plans • Build understanding of ProAV technologies, solutions, and verticals • Assist in shaping campaign messaging, positioning, and value propositions • Conduct basic market and competitor research

2. Campaign Execution & Coordination • Execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partner activations) • Coordinate with sales, vendors, and agencies • Manage campaign timelines, calendars, and deliverables • Support targeted campaigns for partners, integrators, and enterprise clients

3. Content & Digital Marketing • Lead the conceptualization and planning of marketing content, including: o Product and solution highlights o Case studies and project success stories o Campaign creatives and digital assets • Work closely with designers and external agencies to translate concepts into high-quality marketing materials (robust briefing and direction required) • Own and execute social media strategy, with primary focus on LinkedIn, including:



o Thought leadership content o Product and solution-driven posts o Event coverage and engagement content • Support website updates and email marketing campaigns to ensure consistency across channels • Track, analyze, and continuously improve engagement metrics (reach, impressions, interactions, follower growth) to optimize content performance

4. Events & Marketing Activations • Plan and coordinate: o Roadshows, product launches o Technical trainings o Trade shows (InfoComm, ISE) • Manage logistics, branding, vendors • Support on-ground execution + post-event follow-ups

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with Sales, Product, Regional teams • Support sales enablement materials • Ensure technical accuracy in marketing outputs

6. Performance Tracking • Track campaign and LinkedIn performance • Prepare monthly reports • Improve execution using insights and feedback Role & responsibilities
