We are looking for Off Roll Candidate for our Cold Chain Division and managing the below key responsibilities.
- Expansion of Service business with in the Cold chain industry
- Planning and monitoring preventive maintenance with service teams, service partners ensuring
- Ensuring timely & quality services to customer with timely PMs ,complaint resolution as per TAT
- Monitoring and maintaining the sites under warranty.
- Management of AMCs
- Expansion of Service Network as per the Service requirement and handle the Service partners.
- Ensuring call closures as per agreed TAT for planned or unplanned service or repair activities
- Perform scheduled Service partners evaluation; Identify NC parameters and skill up these partners to meet Panasonic guidelines.
- Preparing and maintaining MIS reports for the service department
- Maintaining adequate spare parts inventory as per population of equipment
- Coordination with commercial team and customers for timely collection of POs, ensuring timely and correct invoicing and finally and tracking/collection of dues for service related jobs
