AVP - PMO Strategy & Planning - General Insurance - 8+ Years - Bangalore

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1015 years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Corporate Planning, Financial Planning, or Business Finance within the General Insurance industry. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, business planning, performance management, and organizational growth.

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with senior leadership to conceptualize and drive high-impact strategic initiatives and business priorities.
2. Lead PMO governance for key projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
3. Own AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with business objectives.
4. Monitor business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytics, driving data-backed decision-making.
5. Lead business reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic programs.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
2. 8–15 years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Corporate Planning, or Business Finance roles.
3. Mandatory experience within the General Insurance industry.
4. Strong expertise in AOP, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance management.
5. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, MIS, and leadership reporting capabilities.
