Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage milk procurement operations at Indore plant, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality milk from local sources.

- Oversee plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management to meet customer demands.

- Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of procurement activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in dairy processing or related field (milk procurement).

- Robust understanding of plant operations, procurement management, procurement planning, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
