Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.
- Manage spend analytics to identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiate contracts with vendors, and monitor performance against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) processes to streamline vendor management, reduce administrative burden, and improve compliance.

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of experience in procurement or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Robust expertise in spend analytics, strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, supplier relationship building, and vendor management.
- Proven track record of delivering cost optimization projects through effective negotiation skills and data-driven decision making.
