Junior Electrical Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drawings Development:
- Coordinate with Design Team on gathering inputs and requirements
- Preparation of list of drawings, Man-hour s estimation
- Site visit and input gathering
- Discuss with Design Engineers/Principal Consultants on the design requirements
- Development of job specific Quality Checklists
- Preparation of area summary
- Preparation DBR
- Max demand load calculations
- Drafting - Concept Detailed Electrical drawing
- Preparation of BOQ tender documents
- Learning Development:
- Assess the skills of Team members, competencies, certifications, and the staffing level needs
- Review the Learning development desires of Electrical Drafters and map the training requirements
- Ensure the reinforcement of current knowledge and skills requirement on the job
- Organisational Knowledge Development Management:
- Support to develop Training material specific to Electrical Drafting service
- Develop design standards/documents for Electrical Drawings
- Job Planning Delivery:
- Plan the projects Deliverable
- Execute the Plan and Ensure on-time delivery
