Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Application Engineer – Fixture & Tooling to support fixture implementation, CNC programming, process optimization, and customer technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize 3-Axis and 4-Axis CNC machining programs.
- Perform fixture prove-out, process validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support installation, commissioning, and production trials.
- Analyze machining processes and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams.
- Prepare technical reports and customer presentations.
- Provide customer support for machining, tooling, and fixture issues.
- Travel extensively across India and overseas.
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of 3 & 4 Axis CNC programming.
- Fixture prove-out and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive analytical and presentation skills.
- Valid passport.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
