We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, analytics, client communication, content planning, and team coordination. This role requires someone who can independently manage social media campaigns, analyze performance, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital marketing solutions.

Required Skills Qualifications

- B.Tech (CSE/IT), MCA, BCA, or Any Graduate in a Relevant Field
- 3 4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
- Experience conducting audience research, competitor analysis, and buyer persona development.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of photo, video, and content editing.
- Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Basic graphic designing skills with familiarity in Adobe Photoshop and image editing tools.
- Experience handling clients and maintaining professional communication.
- Prior experience in mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Strong multitasking, time management, analytical thinking,



and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Manage day-to-day activities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Track social media KPIs and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and buyer persona research to strengthen marketing strategies.
- Handle client communication, understand business requirements, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, SEO, and PPC teams for campaign execution.
- Mentor, guide, and support junior team members while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Use social media management and scheduling tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Assist in creating visually appealing content with basic graphic editing when required.
