The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project quantities, cost estimation, budgeting, billing, contract administration, and cost control for infrastructure projects.
The role ensures commercial compliance, accurate measurement of works, timely preparation of client and subcontractor bills, and effective management of project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from project drawings and specifications.
Verify executed quantities and monitor project costs against approved budgets.
Prepare and process client RA bills and certify subcontractor invoices.
Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and change orders.
Support tendering, procurement, and commercial evaluations.
Coordinate with project, planning, and finance teams for cost reporting and project controls.
Maintain commercial records, measurement sheets, and contractual documentation.
Prepare periodic cost,



billing, and commercial performance reports.
Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
5 15 years of experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, railways, metro, bridges, airports, or water projects.
