- Identify potential merchants (retailers, service providers, etc.) for onboarding.
- Pitch banks POS terminals, QR codes, payment gateways, and other digital payment solutions and cross sell
- Meet assigned monthly/quarterly targets for merchant acquisition and activation.
- Ensure complete documentation and KYC compliance during onboarding.
- Train merchants on device usage, settlement process, and support mechanisms.
- Monitor merchant activity post-onboarding to drive transaction volume and reduce attrition.
- Build solid relationships with merchants for referrals and upselling.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical setup, service, and troubleshooting.
