Role & responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are clean, sanitized, and ready before guest check-in.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost & found articles promptly.
- Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
- Follow cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with laundry operations whenever required.
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Support the housekeeping team in maintaining overall hotel cleanliness and presentation.

Preferred candidate profile





- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualifications are welcome).
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, or commercial establishments is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
- Attention to detail with a robust commitment to cleanliness.
- Honest, disciplined, and dependable.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of performing routine housekeeping duties.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
