Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Purchase, Production, Design, and Costing Departments.

This structured 2-year training program is designed to develop future engineering professionals through classroom learning, operational systems training, and extensive on-the-job exposure in a manufacturing environment.

The selected candidates will receive comprehensive training in manufacturing operations, engineering processes, quality systems, ERP applications, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and support day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Assist the Purchase team in vendor coordination, procurement documentation, and material planning.
- Support Production activities, production planning, process monitoring, and shop-floor coordination.
- Assist the Design team in engineering drawings, BOM preparation, and technical documentation.
- Support the Costing department in product costing, estimation,



and data analysis.
- Work on ERP systems, engineering documentation, and reporting.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Complete all assigned training modules and performance evaluations during the training period.

Eligibility Criteria

- Full time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.)
- Branch: Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering only.
- Minimum Aggregate CGPA: 6.0 or above.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation

- 1st Year CTC: 2,97,779 per annum
- 2nd Year CTC: 3,23,148 per annum

Service Commitment

Selected candidates will be required to sign a minimum two-year service commitment covering the duration of the Graduate Engineer Trainee program.
