Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Proof Reader / Quality Analyst to review and validate print and digital advertisements created for multiple clients across various industries. The role involves checking ads against client briefs, brand guidelines, website references, and quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance before final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, good understanding of branding principles, and the ability to identify errors related to content, layout, typography, colours, and ad specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Print & Digital Ad Quality Checks

- Review print and digital ads to ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.

- Verify that ad dimensions, layouts, and output specifications are correct as per the brief.

- Ensure all content used in the ads matches the approved client brief and instructions.

- Check spelling, grammar, punctuation, alignment, and formatting accuracy.

Brand Compliance & Visual Consistency

- Validate whether correct brand colours, fonts, logos, and visual styles are used by referring to the clients website and brand assets.

- Ensure consistency in branding across both print and digital creatives.

- Confirm correct usage of client logos, images, and design elements.

AI-Generated Content Validation

- Review AI-generated content used in digital ads and ensure it is relevant to the customers services and business offerings.





- Verify that headlines, descriptions, CTAs, and promotional content accurately represent the clients products/services.

- Identify misleading, irrelevant, repetitive, or incorrect AI-generated messaging.

Quality Assurance & Coordination

- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from the brief before final delivery.

- Provide clear feedback to designers and production teams for corrections.

- Maintain quality checklists and ensure all ads pass internal QA standards.

- Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

- Good understanding of print and digital advertising standards.

- Knowledge of typography, colour consistency, branding, and layout principles.

- Ability to compare creatives against briefs and website references.

- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of AI-generated content review is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate / Diploma in Design, Media, Advertising, Communication, or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in proofreading, quality checking, or creative QA within advertising, design, publishing, or digital marketing industries.

- Experience reviewing print ads, digital banners, social media ads, or marketing creatives will be preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach to quality control.
