Job Title: Customer Experience Executive (Inbound Voice Process & Sales)

Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timings: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, skilled assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
- Upsell relevant products and services during customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer interaction details in the CRM.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving quality and productivity metrics.




- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Experience

- Fresher to 1 year of experience.
- Prior experience in voice process, customer support, telesales, inside sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- Mandatory Language: Fluent in Tamil and English (both verbal and written).
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to handle inbound sales conversations and convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
