Designation : Executive | Inbound Warehouse

Location: Neemrana Plant, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound receipt of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and consumables.
- Verify inward documents (PO, Invoice, Challan) and process GRN in ERP/SAP.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions and timely material receipt.
- Maintain inward MIS, reports, and data comparison using Excel.
- Coordinate with Procurement, QA, Production, and Transport teams for smooth inbound operations.
- Ensure proper material storage by following FIFO/FEFO and warehouse SOPs.
- Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and support inventory audits.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, 5S, GMP, HACCP, and safety compliance.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Inbound Warehouse operations within an FMCG/Food Manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS, data comparison, reporting).
- Positive understanding of inventory management, planning, GRN, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse processes.
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
