Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Banking IT Recruiter with 25 years of expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment for the Banking, BFSI, and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring technology professionals for banking projects and solid sourcing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking IT and BFSI technology positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and domain requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through offer rollout.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Banking IT professionals.

Required Skills

- 25 years of experience in Banking IT/BFSI IT recruitment.




- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Business Analyst, QA, SQL, Mainframe, and Banking Applications.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean Search.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience hiring for Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Product-based organizations.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
