We're looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of premium hotel construction projects

Position: Planning Engineer

Project Type: Hotel & Hospitality Projects

Experience: 8-15 Years

Location: Bangalore | Karnataka

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Immediate Joiners / Candidates serving short notice will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using

Primavera, P6/MS Project must

Develop baseline schedules, target programs, recovery schedules,

and look-ahead plans.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify

schedule slippages.

Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and recommend

corrective actions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and

MIS for management.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants,

contractors, and clients to ensure timely execution.

Track engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities to

achieve project milestones.

Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master

project schedule.

Monitor manpower, equipment,



and material utilization and

recommend optimization measures.

Conduct delay analysis, impact assessments, and support extension

of time (EOT) claims where applicable.

Assist in project budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and earned value

analysis.

Participate in project review meetings and present planning updates

to stakeholders.

Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support

effective project controls.

Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, project

specifications, and reporting standards.

Maintain planning documentation, project records, and schedule

revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

8-15 years of experience in construction planning and project

controls.

Mandatory experience in Hotel/Hospitality construction projects.

Solid expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Sound understanding of construction sequencing, project controls,

and scheduling techniques.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management

skills.
