Job Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience as a Sr. Engineer or Software Developer.

What will you do:

- Project Management
- Build achievable delivery schedules
- Execute project deliveries with optimal quality, cost, and timelines
- Manage project budget and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead SteerCo meetings and Agile ceremonies
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively
- Monitor team capacity and proactively highlight risks or gaps
- Manage Board of Change (BOC) process
- Monitor and report Return on Investment (ROI)

Scrum Process Management:

- Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)




- Monitor and report Agile squad performance KPIs
- Act as an Agile coach, especially for current team members
- Drive team building and collaboration

Internal

Key Competencies/skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in managing mid-to-large-scale digital projects
- Hands-on experience with PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Excellent communication skills in English (must).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with strong leadership skills.
- Hands on experience in building nice and effective PowerPoint presentations.
- PMP certification will be appreciated.
