Category and store target achievement by Customer Interaction
Add-on sale and value increase
Assist the Store Incharge in planning Sales Promotions and providing pro-active Customer Service
Assist the Store Incharge in maintaining Visual display at the shop floor
Ensure cleanliness at the shop floor as well as on the shelves at all times
Receiving & verifying consignments
Control inventory loss and damages
Track merchandise movement and customer requirements and orders Keeping track of daily sales
Assist the Store Incharge in updating the monthly MIS
Product Knowledge
Knowledge of B2B
Adequate understanding of Visual Merchandising
Inventory Management
Valuable Communication & Customer Service skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Positive attitude, Personal Grooming and Openness to learn, Show Punctuality and proactiveness.
