- Conduct hardware testing and troubleshoot hardware faults.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and initial installations.
- Handle the installation of firewalls, security systems, VOIP, routing, switching, and wireless networks.
- Work hands-on with brands such as CISCO, HP, ARUBA, JUNIPER, FORTINET, PALO ALTO.
- Perform product maintenance and inventory management.
- Investigate data network faults using logs from routers and switches.
- Replace faulty network hardware both at warehouses and client sites.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including WAPs, routers, switches, firewalls, and controllers.
- Provide support for hosted IP voice services and undertake fault investigations.
- Be available at all times to address any AMC-related incident calls on priority.
