We are looking for a self-driven individual who is conversant with the Local geographies, Understands local Administrative structure Block to Gram Panchayat level, Self Help Groups, NGOs, MFIs, eMitras, Government institutions, Aganwadis, Has experience of experiential marketing
Understands local Culture, etiquettes specific to women and should train field staff and saheli. And preferable has experience in FMCG/ Telecom/Insurance/Fintech/Banking correspondents work.

PREFFERED SKILLS

- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in market development of sub urban and/or rural market
- Effective and impressive orator skills
- Excellent Marketing Convincing Skill
- Primary level of digital skills- efficient in working with smartphone, apps
- Experience in Telecom/Insurance/Fintech/Banking Correspondents
- Positive Inter personal skills- Ability to mix up with peers, partners and community influencers
- Ability of skill building
- Effective Team player
- Stickler for Process adherence and Process efficiency
- Good Inter personal skills- Ability to mix up with peers, partners and community influencers and cross functional teams
- Self Starter and effective multitasked
- Good at liaising with Local institutions- NGOs, Voluntary organizations,

- Male/female, Age group: 21-35.
- He/She should be a graduate
- He/She should be fluent with Hindi and the local language of the district he is being appointed for.
- He/she should own a two wheeler and Smartphone
