We are looking for a Female Telecaller who can handle outbound & inbound calls, communicate clearly with customers, and support our sales and service operations. The candidate should be confident, polite, and goal-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Coordinate with sales or support team when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates only
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge is a plus)
- Pleasant voice and confident calling ability
- Basic knowledge of computers & calling software
- Fresher candidates are welcome (training will be provided)

Working Hours
9:30 AM 6:30 PM
6 Days working (Sunday off)
