Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate who is eager to take ownership and contribute to business growth. Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, sales enablement, and strategic growth.

This role is ideal for MBA graduates who enjoy solving business challenges, building relationships, experimenting with new ideas, and turning strategies into measurable outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work across marketing, sales, customer success, and product collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads while continuously improving the sales funnel.
- Drive customer outreach, prospect engagement, and onboarding activities.
- Qualify leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Prepare business proposals, support pricing discussions, and assist in closing deals.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Gather customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Develop impactful presentations, reports, and business proposals for internal and external stakeholders.




- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance product features based on customer insights and market trends.
- Work closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities and execute growth strategies.
- Track campaign performance and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, IT, or a related specialization
- 02 years of relevant experience
