- Handle high-purity PV-grade chemicals including:
- HF (Hydrofluoric Acid)
- HCl (Hydrochloric Acid)
- KOH (Potassium Hydroxide)
- HO (Hydrogen Peroxide)

- Handle ETP-grade chemicals including:

- CaCl (Calcium Chloride)
- NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide)
- Other wastewater treatment chemicals

- Operate process chemical systems through:

- SCADA-based operation
- Manual operation procedures
- DCS (Distributed Control System) monitoring and control

- Operate and monitor process exhaust systems, ensuring:

- Proper suction and discharge pressure maintenance
- Required exhaust flow control
- Differential pressure calculation and monitoring
- Stable exhaust system performance

- Monitor and maintain scrubber parameters:

- Acid scrubber pH value and conductivity
- NOx scrubber pH value and conductivity
- Silane scrubber operating parameters

- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities for:

- AODD pumps
- Diaphragm valves (pneumatic and manual)
- Chemical transfer systems
- Exhaust-related equipment

- Supervise contractual manpower and ensure:

- Protected work practices




- Proper task execution
- Compliance with SOP and EHS requirements

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in solar PV/semiconductor chemical process operations.
- Knowledge of high-purity chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Experience with SCADA and DCS operation.
- Knowledge of exhaust pressure, airflow, and differential pressure monitoring.
- Experience in scrubber operation and chemical parameter monitoring.
- Ability to work in shift operations with strong safety awareness.

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical or related engineering discipline.
- 2-9 years of experience in Solar PV, Semiconductor, Chemical, or Process Utility operations preferred.
