- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system.
- Prepare and Implement project specific HSE Plan, including work permit, protected confined entry, blasting Painting, hot work and cleaning procedure
- Prepare and conduct the HITRA/HIRA for Tank isolation, sludge cleaning, blasting Painting, hot work, scaffolding and commissioning of the Tank
- Manage and guide other HSE Engineers assigned to the project
- Conduct employee orientation and safety training programs.
- Overall responsibility for site safety.
- Ensure and maintain the safety compliances with Refinery HSE management system and international standards(e.g. OSHA, ISO 45001 etc.)
- Establish and promote Zero Harm vision.
- Arrangement and Hire the required safety supervisor, equipment, and materials.
- Do the weekly safety audit and safety awareness program. Also prepare weekly and monthly HSE report.
- Daily Tool box talk, safety awareness speech
- Inspect tools and equipment, ensuring workers follow proper usage and PPE guidelines.
