- Minimum 8 years of work experience.
- Experience in Urban planning/citizen services/citizen experience improvement projects involving project planning and monitoring, performance improvement, SOP development and /or govt./public procurement.
- Should have a Masters/Equivalent degree Urban planning/urban design/Urban Management/ city planning/architecture/equivalent. (Note - Combination of Engineer + Planner shall be preferred)
- Government Consulting experience (preferred)
- A self-motivated critical thinker with solid analytical skills result-oriented work ethic
- Excellent written and communication
