Position: Gen AI Engineer

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conversational AI and voice-enabled chatbot solutions leveraging Azure Live, ElevenLabs, and automated AI workflows.

Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Search, Qdrant/FAISS/ChromaDB to enhance answer precision and contextual accuracy.

Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Agno, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangGraph for complex task automation and reasoning chains.

Design, deploy, and manage scalable AI APIs and microservices using FastAPI, LangServe, and Streamlit.

Integrate AI agents and conversational interfaces with front-end and application frameworks such as React, Node.js, HTML/JavaScript, Android, and iOS applications.

Improve model performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, monitoring, and iterative optimisation.
