- Job Title: Parts Sales Assistant
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Shift Timings: 4:30 PM 1:30 AM IST (5 days a week)
- Preference: Male candidates
- Years of experience : 8plus years.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Communication:

Answer inbound phone calls related to parts sales, gather all relevant customer and order information, and route details to the appropriate Parts Sales Coordinator.

•

Inbox Management:

Monitor and manage all parts sales inboxes to ensure:

- Timely customer responses
- Accurate assignment to the correct PSC based on territory

•

Email Response:

Respond promptly and accurately to customer and internal email requests in alignment with role expectations.

•

Order Support & Status Updates:

Provide customers with updates including:





- Invoice requests
- Tracking numbers
- Order status inquiries

Credit Processing Support:

- Assist management with the processing of approved credits, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the parts sales team.

EXPERTISE REQUIRED:

- Bachelors in Supply Chain, Management or Simillar
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and AS/400 system utilized to reference parts information
- Ability to interpret a material requirement planning system
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills
