Benzeen Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Voice Sales Agent with experience handling U.S. customers. In this role, you will manage inbound sales interactions through phone, chat, and email while delivering an outstanding customer experience to both business and retail clients.

Role & responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls for U.S.-based customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Assist customers with auto parts information, pricing, availability, and order placement.
- Identify sales opportunities by recommending relevant products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities,



and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with finance, inventory, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales in accordance with company policies and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral American accent.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and auto parts is an added advantage.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Requirements:

- This is a Work From Home position.
