- Lead and manage all rope access (RA) operations at jetty and marine infrastructure project sites.
- Ensure all rope access activities comply with IRATA ICOP (International Code of Practice) and company standards.
- Supervise, guide, and train rope access technicians (Level I II).
- Plan and execute jetty pile blasting, painting, inspection, and structural repair activities using rope access techniques.
- Ensure proper equipment selection, maintenance, inspection, and certification of all RA gear.
- Coordinate rope access works within project schedules and ensure timely completion of work scopes.
- Monitor resource planning, crew assignments, and daily task briefings.
- Interface with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vessel/barge operators for seamless integration of RA works.
- Participate in project meetings, progress reporting, and client coordination.
- Maintain all rope access documentation, including permits, inspection logs, technician certifications, toolbox talks,



and work permits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety and operations reports related to RA activities.
- Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and rescue plans for all rope access activities.
- Enforce strict adherence to marine safety procedures, including over-water work, confined space entry, and hazardous material handling.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Liaise with internal HSE teams, marine authorities, and client safety personnel to ensure site compliance.
