About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business within assigned accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle primarily over phone and virtual channels, while collaborating with sales and technical teams on complex opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales /business development / tele-sales in IT or technology solutions
- Proven experience in outbound, quota-carrying sales roles
- Solid consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
- Experience engaging with senior executives and technical decision-makers
- Ability to research accounts and identify key personas for targeted outreach
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for sales productivity is a plus
- Experience working with channel partners and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and telephone selling skills
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, MS Excel, and CRM platforms
- Self-driven, organized, and ability to work independently
