URGENT HIRING Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: PROTEC, Chhapra, Rajkot
Industry: Automotive / Taper Roller Manufacturing

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

- 2–5 Years (Experience in Grinding / CNC Machine Maintenance Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, CLIT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect & Tighten), and Leak Test activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain Centreless Grinding Machines, CNC Grinding Machines, Header Machines, Heat Treatment Furnaces, and Utility Equipment.
- Ensure machine safety, adherence to maintenance schedules, and proper housekeeping.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
