About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and modern cloud technologies.

The candidate should be passionate about leveraging AI to build scalable, production-grade solutions and be comfortable working in an AI-first development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI-powered products utilizing RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs into production applications.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI model performance.
- Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
- Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services into web applications.
- Deploy and maintain AI applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini,



or similar foundation models.
- Robust understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Qdrant.
- Strong API development experience using FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with AWS services.

- Fine-tuning and model evaluation.
- Kubernetes.
- CI/CD pipelines.

AI-First Requirement (Mandatory)

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as:

- Claude Code
- OpenAI Codex
- Cursor AI
- GitHub Copilot

Candidates should be comfortable using AI for planning, implementation, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews as part of their daily development workflow.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
